WHAT’S HAPPENING?

We’ve been discussing for weeks the clear asset allocation finding its way into more eclectic combination of performers.  A number of international based ETFs are outperforming domestic indices.  Specific sectors are outperforming such as biotech, semiconductor and healthcare – specific plays, while energy, small caps, metals, etc… underperform.  Found this in Fortune Magazine in a recent issue and does a great job explaining why:

Clearly the bull is still strong.  It’s just had to find other places with better value and lower P/E ratios.

OUTPERFORMANCE & UNDERPERFORMANCE

PSCH POWERSHARES S&P SMAL HEALTH PORT ETF
IBB ISHARES NASDAQ BIOTECHNOLOGY ETF

Thanks and great investing!
