Strong week overall for stocks.  Techs leading the charge but it was fairly widespread. You can see it by the new ETFs forcing their way into Quadrant #1.  It’s busy and packed at the top.

Everything is updated at the NetPicks ETF Investor. Make sure to review your ETFs to see if anything has changed on the week.

POWER SCORE

The Power Score remains bullish, with matching highs in the reading from this entire epic run, and high watermark for the S&P500 in the process.

WHAT’S HAPPENING?

Real Estate.  Real Estate is always one of the leading indicators of the strength of the economy.  When its in the dumps (2008) you can be the economy is flailing.  We take a deep dive into the short and long-term of the Real Estate sector and the main Real Estate ETF.  You’ll find the short-term chart doesn’t look great, topping out mid December and trading near the low of a range.  However, take a look then at the long-term chart.  Changes your perspective right?  Despite the shakier ground short-term, the overall long-term perspective, for the moment, still seems very much intact.  Check it out here:
